4456 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 4456 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 4456 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use this platform.
To use 4456's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or meet the applicable legal age requirement in your jurisdiction;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not located in a jurisdiction where use of such a platform is prohibited or restricted by local law;
- Have never had an account suspended or terminated by 4456 for any reason previously.
4456 reserves the right to request identity verification documents to confirm a user's eligibility at any time. If any discrepancies are found, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in question until verification is completed.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one personal account on the 4456 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of any pending balances or winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current should any changes occur.
Account security is solely the user's responsibility. You are required to:
- Keep your account password secure and do not share it with any other party;
- Notify 4456 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Not use another person's account or allow others to use your account;
- Use a strong password and change it regularly for better account security.
4456 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All deposits and withdrawals on the 4456 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Accepted payment methods include FPX (various local Malaysian banks), TNG eWallet, and direct bank transfer.
Important information regarding financial transactions:
- The bank account name used for deposits must match the name registered on the 4456 account;
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance once confirmation is received from the payment service provider;
- Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal review procedures;
- 4456 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before processing any withdrawal;
- Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users of the 4456 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform's services:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform;
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party;
- Exploiting any technical bugs, odds display errors, or system failures to gain an unfair advantage;
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information about the platform.
Regarding limitation of liability, 4456 shall not be held responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform;
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control;
- Data or transaction loss caused by device failure or the user's internet connection.
4456's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
4456 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or taken any action that is harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email. Any valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to any related chargebacks.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4456 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and page layouts — is the property of 4456 or its respective licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 4456 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 4456 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.

Governing Law
